一是拔毛

適合在春末和深秋換毛時節(jié)，扯長留短，提高毛質(zhì)和售價，促進新毛生長。一般在兔換毛季節(jié)不宜剪毛，因剪毛而毛根未脫，會阻礙新毛長出，出現(xiàn)新毛生長稀疏或局部不長。拔毛時，宜小撮小撮地扯。對懷孕母兔、哺乳母兔、幼兔暫不拔毛。

將兔放在桌上，左手肘突輕壓兔頭部，手掌壓兔背腰，將兔安靜地固定，右手持梳子將兔背毛順脊柱方向左右梳開，再用剪刀由臀向頸開剪，再剪體側(cè)、四肢、腹部、尾毛，剪耳毛。剪毛時將兔皮繃緊些，貼近毛根分層剪。
